Honestly, I don’t know whether to hate this or to love this. On one hand, there is the whole freedom of speech thing, on the other, the annoyance and carelessness of idiots standing in the middle of a busy highway.

Here is how the law reads:

I read the first part as, run over whoever you want, prove whose fault it was later. I like this.

Before you jump down my throat, put yourself in this scenario: You’ve been shot, you are bleeding out and the only route to the hospital is blocked by a bunch of protestors (right or wrong) and you getting there in a timely manner is the difference between life and death. I don’t know about you but I am running over every person who is standing in my path to the ER, every one… Not because I disagree with their cause but because they don’t understand the consequences that come when playing in traffic to further their agenda.

I am all for protecting native lands and not poisoning the water but go chain yourself to a pipe or something. Don’t stand in the middle of a busy intersection impeding those who probably have nothing to do with what you are protesting anyway, some of which who probably agree with your cause.
